I made the chickpea and broccoli stuffed sweet potato and let me tell you it was fabulous! I used honey instead of maple syrup for the maple tahini dressing and loved it!! The mashed sweet potato bowl was very nourishing as well; will definitely add to my favorites. This meal guide is really helpful so thank you for making it!
