Mint Chocolate Flavor

Mint chocolate energy balls that are both a healthy snack and sweet treat!  They're filled with cashews, dates, cacao powder, flaxseeds, and a dash of fresh peppermint.

The base formula for energy balls includes everything from healthy fats to fiber to protein and carbs. But today, we're adding a bit of cacao powder for a chocolate aroma.

Add everything into a food processor.

STEP 1

Blend until it becomes a gritty, sand-like texture.

STEP 2

Use a medium cookie scoop to scoop and roll the mixture into balls with your hands - that's it!
